GTA CornerFind a crew

Launching 19 November 2026

Find your
GTA 6 crew.

GTA 6 ships single-player, so nobody is playing it together on 19 November. When an online mode does open, matchmaking will hand you strangers. GTA Corner hands you players who share your platform, your region and the way you actually like to play.

The short answer

GTA 6 releases on 19 November 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, unlocking at midnight local time, and it ships single-player only — there is no online mode on launch day. GTA Corner is an independent community site: a crew finder for when one opens, and guides that cite their sources.

Every claim carries its source in the sentence that makes it, and where Rockstar has said nothing these say so rather than dressing a prediction up as news.

A GTA 6 community built around finding people, not feeds

GTA 6 launches on 19 November 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. There is no PC version at launch, which means the player base sits on two consoles and the first thing that decides whether you can play with someone is which box they own. GTA Corner starts there, then narrows by region, timezone and how you actually want to spend your time in Leonida.

Rockstar's own store listing calls GTA 6 “a single-player experience”, so there is no online mode at launch and nothing to matchmake into. What that means, and the GTA V precedent. Registrations are being collected now so that a crew exists the day an online mode does arrive.

Platform handles, checked where possible

Xbox gamertags can be looked up and confirmed. PlayStation has no public API, so a PSN ID is recorded as self-declared unless you verify it another way — we say which is which rather than badging everyone.

Filters that decide whether a crew sticks

Platform, region, timezone overlap, mic, and what you want out of the game — heists, racing, roleplay, grinding or free roam.

Session board

Post a session with a start time and slot count. Fill the lobby before you load in, not after.

No socials up front

Send and accept crew requests without handing over your Discord or gamertag to strangers first.

When does GTA 6 unlock where you are?

GTA 6 is not out yet — it unlocks at midnight local time on 19 November 2026, region by region, over about nineteen hours. If you live somewhere that spans several timezones, that is probably not the hour you think: check your exact GTA 6 release time, or see whether GTA 6 is out yet.

Get in before the online mode opens

GTA V's online mode arrived two weeks after the campaign, and Red Dead Redemption 2's about a month after. If GTA 6 follows either, the people who already have a crew will have a very different first month from the people matchmaking into a brand-new server with strangers.

Find a crew for GTA 6

GTA 6 launches single-player, so register now and we match you when an online mode opens.

Platform

Your PSN ID is what a crewmate types to add you in-game, so we store it exactly as entered and never mark it verified — Sony runs no public lookup. Xbox gamertags are checked server-side. Nothing is shared with third parties.

Common questions

When does GTA 6 come out?

Grand Theft Auto VI releases on 19 November 2026. Rockstar reaffirmed that date in August 2026 alongside the Extended Look gameplay reveal, and digital pre-orders can begin pre-loading on 12 November 2026.

What platforms is GTA 6 on?

GTA 6 launches on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and Series S only. There is no PC version at launch, and Rockstar has not announced a PC release date. Previous Rockstar titles reached PC roughly one to two years after console launch.

Is GTA 6 coming to PC?

Not at launch. Rockstar has confirmed only PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S for 19 November 2026. A PC version has not been announced, though Rockstar has historically brought Grand Theft Auto titles to PC later.

How do I find people to play GTA 6 with?

Use the GTA Corner crew finder. You filter by platform, region, playstyle and whether a mic is required, then send a request without handing over your socials first. It is built for finding a consistent crew rather than one-off random matchmaking.

Is GTA Corner free?

Yes. Creating a profile, browsing the crew finder and joining crews are free. GTA Corner is a fan community project and is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
